Exploring What Matters
Wednesdays from 2nd October
Starting on Wednesday 2nd of October we will be running an 8-week course called ‘Exploring What Matters’ in near Alrewas, on behalf of the charity Action for Happiness.
‘Exploring What Matters’ is a course for people who want to learn about methods, tools and perspectives that can help you to live a happy and fulfilled life. Taking place in a fun, relaxed and friendly environment with like-minded people.
A different topic will be covered each week:
Week 1: What really matters in life?
Week 2: What actually makes us happy?
Week 3: Can we find peace of mind?
Week 4: How should we treat others?
Week 5: What makes for great relationships?
Week 6: Can we be happier at work?
Week 7: Can we build happier communities?
Week 8: How can we create a happier world?
The course will be held on Wednesday evenings (18:30 - 20:30) at the beautiful Wat Mahathat Buddhist temple, DE13 7HR. Tea, Coffee and Snacks will be provided.
There is no official cost for the course, but donations, no matter how small, are welcome. You will have to donate at least £1 to secure a place, you can then donate further depending on your financial situation and/or the extent to which you feel the course has positively impacted your life
